The Solute Water Filter Claris Blue improves if relevant the water quality by lowering impurities in tap water such as chlorine, lead or copper, lime and other fragrances and flavors. This then ensures the preservation of the perfect coffee aroma and a good cup of coffee!
Although the Solute Water filter Claris Blue reduces the lime in your device, lime deposits will always be created. After all, lime is needed to be able to make a good cup of coffee so don't think that with a water filter you will reduce the lime to 0. That is why we recommend descaling your coffee maker after approximately 350 to 400 settings.

Step 1: Remove the water reservoir from your coffee machine, pour the water away and, if necessary, clean the reservoir with hot water.
Step 2: Keep the water filter upside down in a bowl with water to vent for about 60 seconds.
Step 3: Place the filter in the water tank and push the water filter in place with some pressure.
Step 4: Let the water reservoir fill with tap water and place it back in your Jura coffee machine.
Step 5: Activate the water filter in your coffee machine if necessary, then tap a few cups of hot water or to flush the filter.
