1. Close the jar immediately after use and store it in a dry place.
2. Ensure the machine is warm. Remove the filter holder and let the group pump run for approximately five seconds by starting the machine. This rinses out the loose coffee.
3. Remove the filter from one of the filter holders and insert the blind filter
4. Scoop approximately 5g into the portafilter.
5. Position in the brewing unit.
6. Start the brewing process, stop after about 15 seconds.
7. Repeat the process until the powder is completely dissolved.
8. Remove the filter holder from the group and clean the filter holder.
9. Then rinse with plenty of water.
10. Replace the blind filter.
11. You can also soak the machine parts with the cleaning powder and lukewarm water until the coffee grease has dissolved.
