Step 1: Remove the water reservoir from your coffee machine, pour out the water, and if necessary, clean the reservoir with hot water.

Step 2: Hold the water filter upside down in a bowl of water for about 60 seconds to vent it.

Step 3: Place the filter in the water tank and push the water filter into place with some pressure.

Step 4: Fill the water reservoir with tap water and place it back into your Jura coffee machine.

Step 5: Activate the water filter in your coffee machine if necessary, then dispense a few cups of hot water to rinse the filter.
